Mr. A.K. AZAD

The Managing Director of Electroplast Mac Tools Pvt. Ltd.(EMTPL), Mr. A.K. Azad is technically qualified and belong to Southern state of Kerala, India. He came to Delhi at the age of 22 for Joining in and Advanced course at Prototype Production and Training Center, an Indo German government institution situated at Okhla, Delhi. After qualifying the course he worked with National Physical Laboratory New Delhi and Central Electronics Limited Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (NCR) in various capacities and contributed significantly in the development of Ferrite Cores under the Guidance of Padmashree Late Mr. T.V. Ramamurti and eminent scientist Mr. N.R. Nair.

Electroplast Mac Tools (EMT) was born on the 21st December 1985 as a tiny unit, Basically EMT was started as a unit for manufacturing power compaction tools for Ferrites and Ceramics in which Mr. A.K. Azad had expertised. EMT has grown in full fledged tool room engaged in manufacturing sophisticated Tools, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures, Production Spares, Sub Assemblies and Precision Components etc. EMT has developed many import substitutes for Gillette/P&G, CEL and Yamaha Motors Limited.

The EMT has been renamed as Haasan Toolings and facilities are at the same location.

As per Gillette/P&G requirement we have taken over some razor parts under EMTPL for manufacturing under "Make in India" Scheme. Production has been started in some products and development is going on other Items.

The private limited company, Electroplast Mac Tools Private limited (EMTPL) was registered in 2011 and production started from 2014.
